Skid steer and excavator work across Dayton: grading and leveling a yard that holds water, land clearing and brush removal, clearing around a tree line, trenching and backfill, spreading and regrading a gravel driveway that has washed out or potholed, and grapple work on a cleared lot. We bring our own machines and haul our own spoil, so you are not renting equipment or hiring a second truck to take the pile away.

Shed and deck demolition, above-ground pool removal, garage and outbuilding tear-downs, and concrete removal: a cracked driveway, an old sidewalk, a patio or a slab broken out and hauled away. Inside, we take a room back to the studs for a remodel. Breaking it up is only half the job — the debris leaves on our trailer the same trip, and the site is raked clean before we go.

New concrete driveways, sidewalks and approaches, patios, steps, and pads for a shed, a hot tub or a dumpster enclosure. If there is a cracked driveway there now, the same crew tears it out, hauls it off and pours the new one — one company, one price, no gap between the demo guy and the concrete guy. Formed, poured and finished to survive Ohio winters.

Garage, basement, attic and full property clean-outs, appliances and old furniture, and storm debris after a bad night. Nothing has to be at the curb and nothing has to be sorted — you point at it, we carry it out and load it. Most jobs are done same day, and you only pay for what actually goes on the trailer.

Gravel, topsoil, mulch and stone delivered and dumped where you actually want them — around back, beside the garage, not left in a pile at the end of the driveway. Going the other way, we haul off by the trailer-full: dirt from a dig, broken concrete, brush, or whatever a project left behind.

New sod front to curb, including stripping out the old lawn first and regrading before it goes down. Mulch and bed edging, spring and fall cleanups, and the trimming that keeps a yard sharp. This is where the business started and it is still on the trucks — the same machines that grade a lot are the ones that prep a lawn properly instead of laying sod over a bad grade.

Parking lot work — clearing, grading, restriping and setting new bumpers — dumpster enclosures, fencing, and interior build-out demolition for retail and office space. Also the grounds side: mulch, sod and seasonal cleanups on a schedule. It is the biggest share of the work we do, and it runs the same way as everything else: the price in writing first, itemized invoice after.
